1. Agreement to Terms

2. Professional Services & Intellectual Property

All bespoke software, designs, algorithms, and documentation developed for clients under specific commercial contracts are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

3. Communication & Channel Policies

To maintain strict organizational efficiency and prevent spam:

• All career applications must be submitted via join@sangamam.co.in (telephone calls and chat applications are not entertained).
• All client technical support matters are handled via support@sangamam.co.in.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palakkad, Kerala.
